Wet your hair
Rinse thoroughly before applying.

Apply the shampoo
Work through damp hair and scalp, lather gently.

Rinse clean
Rinse out completely.

Apply the conditioner
Focus on mid-lengths and ends.

Leave, then rinse
1–2 minutes — up to 3 for dry or colour-treated hair.
For best results, use 3–4 times a week.
