01 — Production & dispatch
Every Morran product is made to order in our EU-certified manufacturing facility in Latvia. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched within two working days of payment confirmation.

04 — Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your track & trace code. Use it to follow your parcel directly with the courier.
05 — Customs & import duties
For orders delivered outside the European Union — including the United States — local customs authorities may apply import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. Morran is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.
06 — Delays
Once a parcel has left our facility, Morran is not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, write to info@morran.store with your order number and we will look into it promptly.
07 — Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, write to info@morran.store within 14 days of the expected delivery date, including your order number and — where applicable — a photo of the issue. We will resolve it without delay.
