For shampoo: one pump is enough for most hair lengths. For conditioner: one to two pumps applied to the lengths, not the scalp. For body wash: one pump per shower.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes. Bottles and caps are made from 100% recyclable PET and PP and are accepted in standard curbside recycling across the EU. Rinse before disposal and remove the pump, which contains a small metal spring that most facilities recycle separately.

Bathrooms get wet and floors are hard. PET is lighter, safer, more shippable, and — when recycled — has a lower carbon footprint than virgin glass.
