Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to every order placed through morran.co. The site is operated by V.O.F. Morran, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under 99334577, VAT number NL868937691B01, with its business address at Gorsselseweg 3, 7437 BD Bathmen, Netherlands. By placing an order you agree to the terms set out on this page.

An order becomes binding once we have sent you an order confirmation by email. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and iDEAL, all processed securely through Stripe. If a payment fails or a product turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund any amount already taken.

All prices are shown in euro and include 21% Dutch VAT. Shipping is calculated at checkout — free on EU orders over €75, otherwise €5.95. The price you see at the checkout step is the final price you pay.

Morran products are produced and shipped on our behalf by our certified EU production and fulfillment partner, operating from a COSMOS Natural certified facility in the European Union. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched within two working days. Delivery typically takes a further 4–6 working days across the EU, depending on destination. Most customers receive their order within one week. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier once a parcel has left the facility.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law (Herroepingsrecht), starting the day after you receive your order. The right applies only to unopened products in their original packaging. To exercise it, email info@morran.store with your order number. We will confirm the next steps within one working day.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, write to info@morran.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will refund or replace the item at no cost to you.

All Morran products are COSMOS Natural certified by ECOCERT and registered with the EU Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP). They are produced in a facility certified to ISO 22716:2007 — the international standard for Good Manufacturing Practice in cosmetics.

Our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory EU consumer law.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes that cannot be resolved by writing to us first will be brought before the competent Dutch courts. As an EU consumer you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
