Returns Policy.
A short, plain-language summary of how returns work. If anything is unclear, write to us — we will reply the same day.
01 — Return window
You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. This sits on top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Herroepingsrecht), which always applies.
02 — How to start a return
Email info@morran.store with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply within one working day with the return address and a short set of instructions.
03 — Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the product arrived defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked service — until a parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility.
04 — Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned items. Depending on your bank, the amount may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
05 — Hygiene exception
For health and hygiene reasons, opened liquid cosmetic products cannot be returned. This exception is permitted under EU consumer law (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, implementing the Consumer Rights Directive). Unopened bottles with seals intact are always eligible.
06 — Damaged or defective products
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, write to info@morran.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will refund or replace the item at no cost to you, including return shipping where needed.
